This online handbook takes you through over 70 asanas that can be incorporated into a gentle or restorative aerial yoga practice in a low hammock. Over two hours of video show you a variety of postures and include details on the most common props to use with each asana. Multiple options are covered for some of the asanas, so you can modify the poses for all levels and most bodies.
The asanas are organized to help you build sequences with ease. This course includes 55 videos, 3 sample sequences, suggested playlists, and a downloadable master list of poses so you can add your notes as you embody each asana. It's easy to follow along, listening to the most common cues of how to come in and out of the postures.
Who this course is for: Aerial yoga teachers, yoga teachers with aerial experience, or experienced aerial yoga enthusiasts already familiar with aerial yoga.
